1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Parent," "Guardian," or "User") and GroomingKids ("Company," "we," or "us") governing your access to and use of the GroomingKids educational platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering for an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to agree to these Terms, and consent on behalf of any child who will use the Service.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Parent Accounts

To use GroomingKids, a parent or legal guardian must create an account. You agree to:

• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• •Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

2.2 Child Accounts

Parent accounts may create child profiles for children aged 2–17. By creating a child profile, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent to the child's use of the Service under your supervision.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

3.1 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

3.2 Subscription Fees

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except as described below.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.

3.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us at billing@groomingkids.com within 7 days of your first charge.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ✗Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• ✗Upload or share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• ✗Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• ✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• ✗Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the platform
• ✗Share your account credentials with persons outside your household
• ✗Misrepresent your identity or relationship to a child

5. Intellectual Property

All content on GroomingKids, including but not limited to lessons, games, animations, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by GroomingKids or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and COPPA Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

While we strive to provide accurate educational content, GroomingKids is a supplemental learning tool and should not replace professional educational instruction.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KIDSBRAIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings or contacting our support team.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
